Finishing Work
Several finishing works of block making
Hit the carved part around the pattern and flatten it evenly. (the picture above)
The block maker is putting black ink on the carved block, and then he will print it on a paper for checking the finish and also keep the paper as a record of their works. (the picture above)
The completed block is soaked in oil to make it strong, so that prevents the block from warping and cracking.
